So that all sounds great, but how to I use it?
It’s really simple. Measure out your chosen amount of powder and add to either a drink or your food, whichever part of the day you prefer:
For drinks we think coffee, hot chocolate, tomato juice, green smoothies and plant-based milk work really well!
If you want to mix it with your food, we recommend using yogurt, porridge or eggs…. and even ice-cream!
How much do I need? The minimum effective dose is 2g (1 teaspoon).
In many studies higher doses of mushrooms were used eg. people with cognitive dysfunction used 3g of Lion’s Mane daily, which would be 6g of MushUp.
During the testing of endurance athletes, the supplement was administered twice a day in the morning and 30mins before exercise.
